LAMINATION

What is Brow Lamination?

A cosmetic procedure called “brow lamination” is used to shape and place eyebrow hairs in the way you want them, giving the appearance of more fullness and uniformity. Before the neutralizing agent is applied, a solution that softens the brow hairs is applied, allowing them to be brushed into place. This treatment helps to control unruly brows, fill in gaps, and give them a polished look that can last for weeks. It’s a good option for getting brows that are well-groomed and structured with little to no daily care.

Evaluation and Consultation:

The client’s natural brow shape, hair condition, and desired outcome are evaluated by the technician. Additionally, they talk about any skin sensitivities or allergies.

Cleansing:

To ensure that the lamination products adhere properly, the brow area is thoroughly cleaned to remove any makeup, oils, or impurities.

Using the Brow Lifting Solution:

The brows are lifted with a product. The structure of the hair is softened by this solution, allowing the hairs to be reshaped.

Combining and shaping:

Using a spoolie brush, the softened brows are brushed into the desired shape. For achieving the desired arch and fullness, this step is essential.

Using the neutralizer:

The brows are given their new shape after being set with a neutralizing solution. This step helps keep the brows in place and stops the chemical process.

Conditioning and hydration:

The brows are given a conditioning treatment or nourishing oil to replenish moisture and keep the hair healthy and shiny.

Last Touches:

The technician looks over the shape and makes any necessary final adjustments. The client is given instructions for aftercare, such as avoiding makeup and excessive moisture around the brows for a certain amount of time.

Care after the procedure:

After a treatment, clients are given instructions on how to take care of their brows, such as not washing them or getting them wet for at least 24 hours.

Procedure duration & Results

The procedure of brow lamination typically lasts between 45 and 60 minutes. The technician uses specialized solutions to reshape and set the brow hairs during this time. The results are immediate and include a brow shape that is fuller, more defined, and has more symmetry and structure. The effects will last between 6 and 8 weeks, depending on how much hair grows and how well the aftercare instructions are followed. The treatment helps achieve a polished, well-groomed appearance by reducing daily brow maintenance.
